Our Goal:

• Open Forum: At Current Events, we actively participate in discussions about the ever-evolving world around us. Imagine a welcoming environment where engaging conversations with colleagues take place over coffee, exploring a diverse range of topics.

   

• Respectful Debate and Dialogue: Constructive debates are fundamental to our club. Bring any topic that interests you and let us engage in respectful discourse.
  
  
• Freedom of Expression: We uphold the freedom of expression guaranteed by the 1st Amendment. Share your insights and opinions as we explore the complexities of various issues together. Whether discussing local events, politics, global affairs, or recent scientific advancements, every viewpoint is valued.
  

Meeting Schedule:

• We meet at 11 am every Monday morning, with occasional exceptions. During the Summer months, meetings are held bi-weekly. Occasionally, due to conflicting events, meetings may be canceled for the week.

Meeting Location:

• Sessions are held in the Saguaro Center, providing a comfortable and casual setting where all members are welcome.
